Erick is the leader of the sales team and responsible for ensuring the highest levels of customer service. His passion for helping customers is what has kept him in the mortgage industry for so long.

Prior to joining Metro Mountain Mortgage, Erick served in various leadership roles in the mortgage industry, including Area Manager, Branch Manager, Sales Manager and Loan Officer. He has extensive experience in loan origination, business development and team management.

Sabrina Richardson

Sabrina is a highly skilled and experienced mortgage industry professional with over a decade of experience. She began her career in 2008 and quickly established herself as a leading Private Client Mortgage Advisor for Chase Bank in Park City. Over the years, Sabrina has garnered numerous awards and recognition for her exceptional performance, including multi-year National Achiever status.

Sabrina's expertise covers a broad range of topics, including second homes, resort markets, self-employed financing, jumbo and non-conventional mortgage products. Her ability to structure mortgages to achieve her clients' short and long-term goals, all while simplifying the process as much as possible, has made her a powerhouse in the industry.

Sabrina holds a Utah Principal Lending Manager license and is an active member of the Park City Rotary Club, PCBR Social and Legislative committees. She also participates in multiple organizations aimed at advancing and supporting women in the Real Estate community.

Sabrina is a proud mother of two daughters and resides in Cottonwood Heights. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, sports, and taking advantage of Utah’s endless outdoor activities.

Colin Watkins

Colin moved to Park City 10 years ago, after he exhausted his eligibility as a collegiate baseball player.

After a winter of living the ski bum life, he took a job with U.S. Bank in Park City, where he worked as a commercial loan officer and was recognized for top 5% production in the entire organization. After briefly serving as VP of commercial banking in the Utah market for Northwest Bank, Colin opted for a more family friendly work culture and decided to join Metro Mountain Mortgage.

When he is not "on the clock", Colin can be found unsuccessfully trying to figure out the game of golf or overseeing operations at MinerstownStrength & Conditioning.

Albino Reveredo

Albino's core experience includes account management, customer loyalty, consumer lending, relationship management, prospecting, competitive analysis and strategy, and expertise in FHA/VA, conventional, and jumbo loans. He also has experience in financial analysis.

Albino has helped 86 families for a total volume of over $62M in 2022 despite difficult market conditions, achieving 100% of customer loyalty in 2022. He has also been a five-time recipient of the Leaders Club Award, recognizing his achievements in productivity, customer loyalty, and quality metrics. Albino is an affiliate member of the Salt Lake Board of Realtors, and he regularly sponsors and attends networking events with non-profit organizations and the Asian-Indian community.
